Orders
Can I make changes/add items to my order after it has been placed?
We’ve set up our packaging and shipping process to make sure that every order goes out perfectly. Part of this process means that we don’t change an order once it has been placed. Instead, you can simply cancel your order, then make a new one with your correct products. Just make sure you email us at info@podfog.com ASAP so we can catch the order before it's dispatched.
How do I cancel my order?
If we haven’t dispatched your order yet, you can cancel it by emailing us at info@podfog.com (don’t forget to include your order number). If your order has already been dispatched, we can still refund your order- please return it to us, unopened, and we’ll get your order cancelled. The return address is Unit 26, The Raylor Centre, James Street, York, YO10 3DW.
Please note that we cannot provide cancellation refunds for orders containing Nicotine products as they degrade during return transit.
Delivery
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
We’re dedicated to same-day dispatch on orders that are placed before 3:00pm on a weekday. If you place your order outside of this time (or on a bank holiday) we’ll dispatch your order on the next working day.
Will I be notified when my order has been dispatched?
Yep! We’ll shoot you a notification email once we’ve dispatched your order. You should also receive your tracking information within this notification email.
Which delivery service do you use?
We’ll select from our shipping partners based on the weight, size, and price of your order. Your delivery will always be a tracked, next-day service, and if you are ordering to a UK address, it’ll be free! You’ll receive tracking information as soon as we’ve dispatched your order.
We mainly use Royal Mail, but some bigger orders go with DPD.
Why has my order not arrived yet?
Your order will usually arrive within 1 working day of dispatch. On the chance your delivery runs into an unexpected delay, your order may take an extra day or two to get to you.
Either way, we’ll be there for you until your order is in your hands. You can email us at any time at info@podfog.com and we’ll get you an update from our shipping partners (don’t forget to include your full name, order number, tracking number, and the address you had it shipped to).

I'm new to vaping - where do I start?!
If you're brand new to vaping and don't want to do any mixing at all - then your best option is our 20mg Nic Salt E-Liquid! These 10ml bottles are ready to vape.
The limitation with these is that they are restricted to 10ml bottles as per the law in the UK.
If you want to try a small amount of mixing and are using a pod device, start with our Long Fills! In a 60ml bottle, you just add 4 x Nic Salt Shots and shake to mix.
Remember, you can always drop us an email for advice and we can help make sure you have everything you need. We can recommend product type basd on device, flavours and help with mixing questions.
What's a Long Fill?
Long Fills are 60ml or 120ml bottles designed for use with pod devices at a final mix of 50/50 and around 14mg. All you need to do is add 4 x Salt Nic Shots, shake to mix, and let steep!
Which MG should I choose?
If you want nicotine, we recommend going for the ~14mg option as that is what works best in most devices. Otherwise you can choose 0mg or some lower strength options. If you want to check which mg is best for your device, send us an email at info@podfog.com!
